About Tavoos Magazine:
Tavoos started its activity as an Art Quarterly Magazine, the first of its kind published in English and Persian in 1999 with the aim to present an accurate image of various contemporary Persian (Iranian) arts including painting, architecture, sculpture, graphic arts, calligraphy, archaeology, music, theater, cinema and photography together with articles covering various aspects of classical Persian art and art history.
Throughout these years, by maintaining a permanent relationship with artists, professors, art centers, colleges, galleries and museums in Iran and abroad, Tavoos has reflected major artistic activities both inside and outside the country.
Tavoos is a unique art source and reference book for amateurs and scholars. A large number of our subscribers are also museums, universities and libraries.
